For each™ or™ integration, operators are provided with a custom sub-domain where all configurations, customers and their resources will be stored. The sub-domain is preconfigured by the™ staff according to the operator’s requirements and preferences, and various UI and call routing settings are available.

Please discuss the available customisation settings with™ staff.

The settings applied to your sub-domain will be automatically applied for all newly created customers within that sub-domain.
